The Railway B.U. is PSC's organizational unit in charge of the acquisition and management of contracts for the construction of technological systems (electrification/traction, telecommunications, signalling and safety systems) for the management of railway networks, subways and tramways built and maintained by the network infrastructure managers.

The B.U. has an organizational structure that is able to handle all stages of a contract: from planning and design through to development and maintenance.

With over 60 years of experience, PSC holds a set of qualifications and certifications that allow it to operate in all the major segments of railway and transport plant engineering without any limits on the amounts involved.
Specialized in solutions for the monitoring, control and diagnostics of plants/systems.
PSC's policy is focused on constant promotion of technological innovations and their integration with the main systems currently in use; all this translates into scalable and flexible solutions that are designed with the aim of ensuring the quality standard expected by the market and needed to gain competitiveness.

PSC offers state-of-the-art expertise in the design/production of hardware and in software engineering. This know-how has made it possible to develop the ARTS Cabling product line, based on cutting-edge HW, TLC and SW technologies, such as 802.15.4 radio communication protocols. Another PSC strength is working alongside the customer during all phases of the project, with particular attention to the development of applications in a client/server environment, management software and specific software created ad hoc.
